The Faculty of Art & Design is recognized for excellence in art, design, multimedia and digital arts and is one of only a few Australian university faculties that teach all major areas of art and design. Our staff members are renowned for their commitment to theory and studio work and for their professional standing. Our students produce work that pushes boundaries and wins national and international prizes.

The Faculty is largely located within the Caulfield campus of Monash University, which is located a mere 9 kilometres (6 miles) from the Melbourne Central Business District and only minutes away from the bustling and vibrant St Kilda Beach area. International students are given a warm welcome to the Faculty by staff and students and embraced into the creative fold of the Monash community.
