ENTER score

A 'minimum' ENTER score is a requirement for entry into most courses offered by the Faculty of Art & Design at Monash University.

For those courses requiring folio for entry, it is important to note that a high ENTER score doesn't guarantee admission into the course. The folio and interview are equally important in selection.

If you are a local applicant and have completed your Year 12 studies outside of Australia, an equivalent grade to the minimum ENTER is required.

You will also need to meet certain English language and Australian Government requirements.Contact  International Admissions for more information or visit the International Admissions web site

You come under the category of a Non-Year 12 applicant if you are

  • not currently enrolled as a year-12 student, or
  • do not have an ENTER due to completion of Year 12 prior to the introduction of the ENTER system.

If this is the case, Year 12 grades of a similar level to the minimum ENTER score is sufficient, unless the applicant has graduated from a subsequent course such as a TAFE Diploma, in which case this is assessed for equivalence.
