Checklist for postgraduate applications

Before submitting a postgraduate application, please make sure that you have:

All applicants

  • Attached certified copies of all tertiary academic qualifications
  • Personal Statement of 200 words summarising the direction of your current practice, including materials, techniques and content.
  • Indicated the course code, course title, attendance type and campus/mode of study for the course that you are applying for
  • Chosen a discipline specific to your course of study (Master of Design – Coursework, Master of Design – Research, Master of Fine Art, Master of Visual Arts applicants only)
  • Included an application folio (Master of Design – Coursework, Master of Design – Research, Master of Fine Art, Master of Visual Arts applicants only)
  • Signed and dated the application form
  • Attached proof of your English language proficiency

Australian permanent residents also:

  • Attached a certified copy of your passport, birth or citizen certificate (Australian/NewZealand citizens) or document relating to your residency status (Australian permanent residents)

Research applicants also:

  • Included a research title, research topic, summary of research proposal and attached a detailed research proposal
  • Attached a current academic and professional Curriculum Vitae
