Where to go
On the day and at the time specified in your offer letter you should come to the Faculty Enrolment Centre located on the Caulfield campus. Directions and a map showing where this is will be in your offer letter.

What to bring
You must bring with you:
- Your Offer Letter and enrolment pack
- a pen
- a bag, (you may be provided with additional information on enrolment day that you’ll need to carry with you and Monash is becoming a plastic bag free zone)
- a copy of the emails sent to your Monash student email account with your transaction numbers to show that using the Web Enrolment System (WES) you have completed your:
- Contact details information (no transaction number email is sent for this module)
- Enrolment Questionnaire (for all students)
- CSP HECS-HELP application (for CSP students only)
- Unit enrolment (for those required to enrol on-line in units)
- Any relevant documentation if applying for advanced standing (credit transfer) for previous study and/or prior learning (RPL)
- Proxies: In addition to the above documents – the completed “Authorisation of proxy enrolment’ form (original and photocopy)
What to do
If you DO NOT need course advice
- Come to the Faculty Enrolment Centre at the location, and on the day and time stated in your offer letter.
- Go to the information desk and present your offer letter and the staff will mark you down as having attended to enrol.
- (a) If you HAVE enrolled in your units on-line:
A staff member will check your enrolment and, if no further changes are necessary will give you a stamped and signed Manual Enrolment Slip.
(b) If you HAVE NOT enrolled in your units on-line:
You will be given a manual enrolment form and be directed to a computer lab, where you can process your enrolment on-line.
Once you have completed your enrolment on-line, a staff member will check your enrolment and, if no further changes are necessary, will give you a stamped and signed Manual Enrolment Slip.
If you DO need course advice
- Come to the Faculty Enrolment Centre at the location, and on the day and time stated in your offer letter.
- Go to the information desk and present your offer letter and the email(s) with your transaction numbers and the student administrative staff will mark you down as having attended to enrol.
- You will be directed to a waiting area and be able to wait to speak with a course adviser.
- When you have spoken with a course adviser and have decided what units you are going to do, the administrative officer will give you a stamped and signed Course Enrolment form.
