Re-enrolment for Art & Design studentsThe following are information for returning Art & Design students:
Re-enrolment DatesCurrent Art & Design coursework and research students must re-enrol for 2012 via the Web Enrolment System (WES) during the following period:

Course discontinuationYou can discontinue your course via WES. Or you can discontinue your course by contacting the relevant Faculty Office for an enrolment variation form. Please refer to the Monash University key dates for cutoff dates for discontinuing your course without penalty. Information for returning double degree studentsIf you are undertaking a double degree course you must use WES to enrol in units for both degrees during the open period of the owning faculty for the course. Enrolment loadEnrolment load is measured in EFTSL (Equivalent Full Time Student Load). A full time student will normally be enrolled in 1 EFTSL (48 credit points). Overloading of credit pointsAll students must apply if they wish to overload their enrolment. The overload form must be filled out and permission from their Course Co-ordinator is recommended. Under enrolment of credit pointsAll students must get permission from their Course Co-ordinator if they wish to underload their enrolment. Student and Administrative Services requires written permission. If you are an international student you must apply with the underload form and under enrolment may affect your visa. |
