Course advice sessionsReturning students are welcome to attend a course advice session held in the ground floor Foyer of the Fine Arts building. The dates of the sessions are:

Course discontinuationYou cannot discontinue your course via WES. If you wish to discontinue your course please contact the relevant Faculty Office for an enrolment variation form. Please refer to the Student Resource Guide for cutoff dates for discontinuing your course without penalty. Information for returning double degree studentsIf you are undertaking a double degree course you must use WES to enrol in units for both degrees during the open period of the owning faculty for the course. Enrolment loadEnrolment load is measured in EFTSL (Equivalent Full Time Student Load). A full time student will normally be enrolled in 1 EFTSL (48 credit points). An EFTSL of less than .75 (36 credit points) is defined as a part-time study load. Overloading of credit pointsAll students must get permission from their Course Co-ordinator if they wish to overload their enrolment. Under enrolment of credit pointsAll students must get permission from their Course Co-ordinator if they wish to underload their enrolment. |
