Whilst the Faculty/academic unit will endeavour to provide assistance and advice, it is your responsibility to ensure that units selected meet the degree regulations and requirements. Re-enrolment information sessions 2013Returning students are welcome to attend one of the information session that are tailored to your specific department. The sessions are expected to be conducted in Week 11 with exact dates and locations to be confirmed. Please try and attend your designated session during the re-enrolment period and seek course advice before you re-enrol, if needed. Course discontinuationYou can discontinue your course via WES or by contacting the relevant Faculty Office for an enrolment variation form. Before you discontinue, check the penalties for discontinuing units. Information for returning double degree studentsIf you are undertaking a double degree course you must use WES to enrol in units for both degrees during the re-enrolment period. Enrolment loadEnrolment load provides information on the number of credit points you should enrol in to maintain full-time or part-time study, and details on underloading, overloading and attendance mode. Overloading of credit pointsAll students must apply if they wish to overload their enrolment. The overload form (pdf 55kb) must be filled out and permission from their Course Co-ordinator is recommended. Under enrolment of credit pointsAll students must get permission from their Course Co-ordinator if they wish to underload their enrolment. International students must apply with the underload form . Be aware that under enrolment may affect your student visa. International students are encouraged to contact Anita Blom, International Liaison Officer for Art Design & Architecture if they wish to apply for under enrolment. What to do if you have failed a unitIf you have failed a unit you must use WES to change your enrolment. See invalidation of units. Further information for research studentsIf you need to complete any coursework units as part of your degree you will need to contact the Art Design and Architecture Graduate Studies office.
