The scholarship was targeted towards a top research candidate who was interested in researching public transport systems and their design, and its recipient Robbie Nappier, will receive a tax free stipend of AUD $75,000 spread over 3 years .Robbie will be researching public transport systems and their design, from concept to prototype.

Volgren is Australia’s largest and most respected bus body building company with over 250 employees and manufacturing plant covering 45,000 square metres. Volgren seeks to manufacture buses that deliver passenger safety, cutting- edge technology and a genuine focus on customer needs.
