h. is an international artist exchange project, designed for ten Australian and ten international artists to discuss issues regarding the construction and presentation of contemporary ideology and artistic practice. As such, it juxtaposed artistic practices in an international context.

h. is a new initiative which has been developed by Melbourne artist Alex Rizkalla, to explore different methods of the communication process and to continue various artistic dialogues which occur not only outside formal institutions in Australia and the international art world.

The Project ended in August 1998 and a publication of the project will be published in August.
