The enigma of the visible

Conceiving how we perceive embodies great epistemological and ontological complexities. Landscape is the perfect vehicle and paradigm for artistic dreaming. For Lynn Miller, landscape affords a journeying with the unseen in the edges between the mirage and the hard rock of existing forms. It allows her to dwell in ideas and processes which seek and become metaphors for her search for understanding; and it thereby manifests paradigms which confer back to us relationships between the ontological connections we feel between a sense of experiencing self and other.
