Campus location
The Caulfield campus is nine kilometres (six miles) from the central business district of Melbourne; an approximate 15 minute journey by car. Visitors arriving by other means will find the campus located at a major public transport hub, with Caulfield Railway Station adjacent (part of the Cranbourne, Dandenong, Frankston and Pakenham lines) and the no. 3 tram from Swanston Street stopping directly outside. Students and visitors will discover a range of facilities onsite including health and welfare services, a National Australia Bank flexi-teller, cafes, a fitness centre and a bookshop. A free inter-campus bus commutes between the Caulfield and Clayton campuses every 30 minutes and the Chadstone Shopping Centre is only minutes away by car. In addition, Melbourne's buzzing and vibrant St Kilda Beach precinct can be reached via a 10 minute tram ride, where students can partake in the culinary and shopping delights of Acland, Fitzroy and Carlisle streets, or relax within the tranquil parks and gardens or along the magnificent Port Phillip Bay foreshore.
